Sleep is the First Health Nourishment
Sleep is a major function of health preservation. The preserving process
is to use large amount of new cells to take the place of the corrupt
cells.
So if one does not sleep for a night, of the healthy cells cannot
replace the corrupt cells. Suppose there are about a million of cells
