Arrietty is the newest work of Japanese animation studio Studio Ghibli. This movie is based on The Borrowers which write by Mary Norton. The screenplay is writing by Hayao Miyazaki who is on the No. 1 spot on my favorite directors list. However, this time, he just let the new director Toshio Suzuki direct it. Luckily, Toshio Suzuki didn’t mess this movie up. This movie still has the special style that Studio Ghibli use to have, which is pure, fancy, makes people feel warm and being touched.
The story started with a boy who called sho go visit his grandma. He accidently found out Arrietty and her families who are all “tiny people” live in under the floor of his grandma’s house. Sho are trying to tell them not to afraid of him. wedding gowns Also, Sho and Arrietty become as good friends after he helps her rescue her mom from maid.
